Attending your introduction Zoom call.
What you’ll need for our first video call:
• A device with a camera or webcam
• A good internet connection
• If your device uses apps, download Zoom from your app store
• If your device doesn’t use apps, you don’t need to download anything, just click on the link in the appointment details sent via email
• Ideally, somewhere you won’t be disturbed and can talk freely
Can’t make the call?
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, no problem.
