Question: How do I pay?
Customers can either pay through the website here, (please scroll down to Pricing Plans). Or payment can be made via BACs transfer. Please have your PO Number ready and Sunflower will send an invoice to you and the finance department.
Question: When do I pay?
Customers need to pay for all video clips, advice, and creative services at the commencement of the relationship before any work is undertaken by Sunflower or video clips transferred, filming planned, or coaching commenced.
Question: How much do you charge to visit our business and take video clips, interviews, and to make films about our unique business?
Prices vary depending on the type of production. Sunflower aims to add maximum value and high quality to all of our customers, at low prices.

Question: I am unsure which video clips I need, can you select video clips for me?
Yes, this service comes at a small extra cost.
Question: We can't find the video clips we need in the Resource, can you film a new loaction for us?
Yes, please download and fill out this Film Planning Form and send it to story@sunflowernewsroom.com when completed.
Question: If we are subscribing, how many video clips per month do we get for our subscription?
Video clip and image usage depends on the level of package you have. Please tell us your needs and we can advise you on the package to best suit your needs.
Question: Once we download the video clips and images, do we own them?
No, you are buying a license to use them for a fixed period of time. Imagine your Netflix, Amazon, and Apple TV subscriptions, you do not own the content, and once you cancel your subscription can no longer access the content on the platform. Sunflower allows you to use the content once you stop subscribing, but for a fixed period, typically 1, 3, 5, or 10 years. We will work with you to understand the length of time you need the licenses for, and design an license tailored to your organisations needs. Our offerings are more a bespoke service than a general stock resource, so you will find value from other parts of the service, such as finding clips for you, monitoring your stories online, and capturing content that will help your brand and business in future even if you are not yet paying for that product with Sunflower.

Question: The Platform/Resource is having technical issues and is down and I can't access content, what should I do?
Sunflower checks The Platform/Resource daily to add new creative content, improve keyword search, and to add tools to help our customers. Very occassionally, like any platform there ay be a technical issue, we also partner with Box.com so the issue may be at their end. Please email story@sunflowernewsroom.com with any query, and rest assured, all of our content and files are backed up in another location so content can be quickly found and sent to your organisation.
